Copperleaf Community Welcomes Four Single-Family Homebuilders
Copperleaf community opens with Richmond American Homes, three other builders close on land and will open spring 2007.
DENVER, Colo.—September 29th, 2006—Copperleaf community closes deals with three new builders to join Richmond American Homes. Beazer Homes, Capital Pacific Homes and Meritage Homes will be opening for sales this spring offering single-family homes with a variety of floor plans and styles priced from the mid $200s.
“Closing the deals with these three additional builders helps diversify the community and offers prospective buyers a variety of quality homebuying choices,” said Richard Frank, South Quincy Residential Developers. “These builders offer unique features and updates that include architectural styles and designs, floor plans and homes that fit buyers’ lifestyles.”
Copperleaf, an 850-acre community, will provide an abundance of shopping, playing and relaxing with family and friends. Richmond American Homes
Richmond American leads the program, opening this past June, with single-family homes priced from $368-$515. Richmond currently offers plans from 1,750–2,950 square feet with features such as vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and large lots to fit three-car garage floor plans. Beazer Homes
Beazer Homes brings their single-family Concord Collection to Copperleaf in spring 2007. Five diverse floor plans ranging in size from a 2,382 square foot ranch plan to a 3,142 square foot two-story best seller are priced from the mid $300s.
The Concord Collection offers a variety of home features for every buyer including immense great rooms, vaulted owner’s suites, large front porches, 2-story family rooms, lofts, designer kitchens, formal living and dining rooms, full basements and 3-car garages.
Capital Pacific Homes
Capital Pacific, coming in spring 2007, will offer six unique home designs suited for every lifestyle. Capital Pacific plans to have a sales trailer on site for pre-sales in fall 2006 and model homes are set to open in early spring 2007.

Copperleaf welcomes Meritage Homes to the community in spring 2007. Their 3000 Collection, priced from the mid $200s, offers four innovative 2-story home designs ranging from 1,609 to 2,018 square feet.
