Copperleaf community welcomes Golden Design Group to their family of builders.
Copperleaf welcomes a new semi-custom home builder to the Copperleaf family of builders. Golden Design Group opened for sales this January offering single-family, semi-custom homes with a variety of floor plan options starting in the mid $400s.

Base priced from the mid $400s to the mid $500s, these homes range from 2,759 to 3,390 square feet with up to four bedroom and three and a half baths. Each home features a five piece bath, great rooms, hardwood flooring in the entry, kitchen and nook area, with slab granite countertops, full basements and three-car garages. Some plans offer courtyards with covered front porches and butler’s pantry’s and walk-in pantries. Best of all buyers can make semi custom changes to personalize their home to fit their own needs. Golden Design is also offering special incentives this spring to all new home buyers.
