10.23.2026 – Pool Improvement Update!

Hello Copperleaf!

We wanted to provide the community with an update regarding upgrades at the pool! This year the Board is dedicated to green lighting a bunch of projects that have needed to happen in the neighborhood, but were unable to do so because of constantly catching up on Maintenance issues. This year we feel we have finally gained ground on most of these issues, and so our first project is updating the Pool Area! Construction is currently underway to add more concrete for seating, more shade structures around the pool area, renewed and updated landscaping, more and different seating options, and most exciting a pool party deck, complete with shade and picnic tables!

We will continue to update you on this, and other projects as they get started. Remember to check back on the Website for updates, because we have a lot more projects coming down the line in the next few months!
