Description – The purpose of the Committee is to handle all matters related to the planning, funding, promotion, and carrying out of social activities and events in the Copperleaf Community.
Description – This Committee assists in all matters related to the operation, maintenance, improvement and promotion of the Copperleaf pool and pool area in a manner which will actively foster, promote, and advance the common interests of the Owners.
Description – The Design Guidelines Committee helps maintain the overall look and feel of Copperleaf by reviewing and updating the community’s Design Guidelines document. Our role is to ensure the guidelines remain clear, consistent, and reflective of the community’s shared vision and values. While we do not review individual homeowner design submissions, our work provides the framework that guides those reviews.
Description – The Committee is in charge of vetting and approval of Owner requests for improvements to their Lots in the context of the Declaration and Design Guidelines.
